About Us

We are Architects and Builders: Let’s build it together.

Brothers Chris Landis, AIA an architect, and Ethan Landis, MBA, formed Landis Architects | Builders in 1990 to meet the growing needs of the Washington, DC metropolitan area—from commercial construction contracting, space planning, and tenant fit out, to green office construction and more. Both principals are knowledgeable in all aspects of the building process. Our architect-lead design team works hand-in-hand with project managers, team leaders, and estimating, to emphasize project goals, budgets, and schedules.

Landis, unlike most other design/build firms, has an in-house design team led by registered architects.
